6 Days 5 Night Maasai Mara- Lake Nakuru- Amboseli Circuit Safari.

You’ll be picked up from your hotel or airport and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. The drive will take 5 to 6 hours. You’ll arrive in time for lunch. Masai Mara National Reserve is a pristine wilderness beauty. It promises its visitors a profusion of wildlife, prolific bird life, and the opportunity to see all the members of the Big Five in one morning. The 1,800 sq. km of this veteran reserve offers a mix of African imagery; miles of lion-gold grasslands, shoals of lilac-misted hills, a meandering river, acres of thorn-bush, and mile upon mile of undulating wilderness. Game viewing in the Masai Mara is excellent all year round thanks to the diverse population of resident game, including the Big Five plus popular species like zebras, giraffes, hyenas, eland, and gazelles. In addition, Masai Mara’s big cats are stars in a wildlife TV series. You will enjoy an afternoon game viewing as an introduction to the park. Finally, you will return for dinner and your overnight stay.

You will spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara National Reserve, with both morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve is renowned as one of the best places in Africa to observe cheetahs and lions in their natural habitat. Visiting in July also provides an exceptional opportunity to witness the dramatic migration, as thousands of wildebeest cross the swollen, crocodile-filled Mara River. This event is considered one of the world’s most extraordinary wildlife phenomena, marked by an overwhelming number of animals arriving in the region. At an additional cost, you may also opt for a hot-air balloon safari or a cultural visit to a Maasai village. The migration itself is a remarkable annual movement of nearly two million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles following seasonal rains. Wildebeest undertake perilous river crossings and confront large crocodiles as they push toward fresh grazing grounds to restore their strength. After the day’s activities, you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight accommodation.

After an early breakfast, you will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, carrying a picnic lunch to enjoy en route. You are expected to arrive in the afternoon. Lake Nakuru, a shallow alkaline lake, is surrounded by a diverse range of habitats extending from its shorelines to the escarpment and scenic ridges. The primary activity for the day will be a game drive.The park supports a dynamic mix of wildlife, including foragers, grazers, predators, and scavengers. It is also renowned for its rich birdlife, hosting more than 450 species, among them the iconic flamingos. Lake Nakuru is widely regarded as one of the world’s premier bird-watching destinations. Additionally, the park is home to zebras, gazelles, Rothschild giraffes, impalas, both black and white rhinos, and various other large mammals. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be provided at the lodge.

After an early breakfast, you will depart for a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. One of the attractions in the Great Rift Valley of Kenya is the number of birds to see. From Lake Nakuru National Park, you will depart to Amboseli National Park with a picnic lunch on the way there. You will arrive at Amboseli National Park in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay. You will have a spectacular view of Africa’s highest mountain at the lodge — Mount Kilimanjaro.

Today you’ll be treated to a full day in Amboseli National Park. Game drives will take place in the morning and afternoon, allowing you to explore the park and have magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will also see large herds of elephants, renowned for being residents of this park. Amboseli National Park is popular with breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro and reliably good elephant viewing. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here, ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli to wetlands with sulfur springs, the savannah, and woodlands. You can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture. Animals to be found at the park include leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, crocodiles, mongooses, hyrax, dik-dik, lesser Kudu, and the nocturnal porcupine. There is also a prolific birdlife featuring 600 species. All your meals and your overnight stay will be at the camp.
