Day 1: Nairobi - Maasai Mara National Park

Enjoy the picturesque journey as you travel towards the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve via the iconic Great Rift Valley where you will stop for breathtaking views. Upon reaching Maasai Mara, you will be warmly welcomed to the vast savannah plains and lush landscapes of this renowned wildlife sanctuary. Head to your selected lodge or camp where you’ll check-in and settle into your accommodation and have lunch. Waste no time in immersing yourself in the wild wonders of Maasai Mara with an exhilarating afternoon game drive. Keep your eyes peeled for sightings of the Big Five – lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceros – as well as other fascinating wildlife species that roam the plains. Witness the golden hues of the African sunset painting the horizon as you continue your exploration of the Maasai Mara wilderness. Day 2:
Full day Game drives in Maasai Mara
You will enjoy a full day in the Masai Mara National Reserve, taking part in both morning and afternoon game drives. This reserve is celebrated as one of Africa’s premier locations for viewing cheetahs and lions in their natural environment. A visit in July offers the rare chance to observe the dramatic spectacle of thousands of wildebeest plunging across the swollen, crocodile-laden Mara River—a highlight of one of the planet’s most remarkable wildlife events, defined by the sheer volume of animals entering the area. For an additional fee, you can enhance your experience with a hot-air balloon safari or a cultural tour of a Maasai village. The migration itself is an extraordinary annual journey involving nearly two million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, all moving in response to seasonal rains. During this trek, wildebeest brave dangerous river crossings and face large crocodiles as they strive to reach fresh pastures and regain strength. At the end of the day, you will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3:Maasai Mara National Reserve to Lake Naivasha

Departure from Maasai Mara: Bid farewell to the breathtaking landscapes of Maasai Mara as you embark on the next leg of your safari journey. Enjoy the scenic drive towards Lake Naivasha, taking in the diverse landscapes and rural communities along the way. Arrive at the serene shores of Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake nestled amidst the Great Rift Valley. Embark on a tranquil boat ride across the shimmering waters of Lake Naivasha, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and opportunities for birdwatching. Disembark at Crescent Island, a unique wildlife sanctuary situated on the lake, for a guided walking tour. Explore the island on foot, accompanied by experienced guides, as you encounter giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife roaming freely in their natural habitat. Conclude your boat ride and walking tour, returning to the shores of Lake Naivasha. Enjoy a delectable dinner at your lodge or camp. |
Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National park
Pick up from the hotel and off for a morning game drive at Hell’s Gate national park, while on this park we have different option activities that can be done at an extra cost, cycling, boat ride, crescent island visit and Nature walk at the gorges that you take with a guide. In Lake Nakuru National Park, you will have a chance to see a good number of different species of antelopes; Thompson antelopes, elands, hartebeest just to mention a few. The park is also a great place for adventure as it is considered as a “walk in the wild”.
Day 5:
Full day game drives at Amboseli National park

After breakfast at the hotel the driver will pick you up for a morning game drive at Lake Nakuru national park that is known as a sanctuary for rhinos that conserves the most endangered species of the big five; being the black and white rhinos. For bird lovers, this is also the place to be, the park being a haven of more than 400 species of birds. Depart from Nakuru for Nairobi later and stop over on the highway for lunch and dropped off at the airport or hotel you are residing in.
